You've all heard me mention Emma in many of my Illustration Friday posts. Now you can see why! I'm grateful for the joy she brings to my life, and she's grateful, I'm sure, for the life we gave her by saving her from further abuse and neglect. She's my faithful companion...and she also loves the beach as much as I do. Yes, that's sand all over her mouth!

Thanks Michelle! She's adorable, really...all 12 pounds of her. I love her chocolate brown tuxedo and her soulful eyes. Like I said, she's my girl.

Reminds me of my little buddy Sunshine. I rescued her and she is so faithful and grateful! She is my shadow, and I am her guide.
